Lets Be Clear

We collect personal information from you, including your:

• Name if provided
• contact information if provided
• location if turned on and photo meta data if provided.

We collect your personal information in order to:

• allow us to ensure information sent is correct and can be relied on to prove any photo content is real

We anonymously share photo content and any comments made about the photo/s with the public. We do not share your personal information unless specifically authorised to do so. This would occur via a separate authorisation provided by you at the specific request of Let’s Be Clear Charitable Trust.

Once verified by Let’s Be Clear we share the anonymous information sent, with the public. This allows everyone to know a water quality condition seen in the photo and described by you actually exists.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter photo meta data, we'll be unable to use it to advise others of a water quality condition.

We keep your information safe by storing it in a secure location on the Hubspot server. Access to data is limited to authorised staff.

If you have ticked the “receive notifications” box, a third party provider stores your device ID to allow this service to be provided. 

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong or deleted.
